Maybe he’s friends with Schiano and decided to give UT blue balls
or that program is in such disarray giving a guy a 3 million dollar raise isn’t good enough

Clay Travis spinning hard right now saying the money UT put out for Gundy will attract a lot of big names.
ALL IS WELL!!!

I hear ya, y’all need a capable AD. Have you met Joe Alleva?
The problem is also going to be convincing a coach to work for an AD that’s essentially a dead man walking barring a miracle

He's married himself to this coaching search. What a clown, he just can't help himself from being a douche.
Way to go Clay.

Seems nearly impossible anymore to pull an established name from a program. It’s not like it used to be. You have to luck out like Clemson did with Dabo.
These coaches want no part of these high profile jobs. Of course, the Schiano fiasco hasn’t helped matters in this case.

He's so pissed ESPN banned him too. Spends half his days talking about how ESPN is the devil then expects them to put him on Finebaum.

There's a value for comfort. Why leave a stable situation for an unknown?
If you want a good coach at a decent school, you'll have to be willing to reset the market like Alabama did with Saban.

If Miss St trots out Joe Moorehead as their new HC tomorrow, they may very well have made a better hire than what Currie finally pulls off.
And they'll have done it quietly, quickly and cleanly.
Currie has done this entire firing and search process horribly.

Sources: Penn State offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead will become next coach at Mississippi State. Deal expected to be completed in next few days.

Going to be pretty funny when Tenner ends up having to offer Schiano 1-2 million per year to comeback as that is their only option
