I highly doubt that. I thought LSU locked up a HC replacement when Miles was fired. So I wouldn't expect them to do any different here.

Aranda has always been locked up. He has a sizable buyout (for an asst.) in his contract. Now, Texas money could just cut a check but Aranda is as locked up as a DC can be.

I was not worried about Aranda until Alleva came out and said "We're going to do everything we can to keep Aranda". Why would you have to say that unless there was some worry about him staying.
