This is what happens when your head coach keeps placing blame on his coordinators for his shitty decisions and firing them after one season.

The coordinators are paid to coordinate. When they suck, it’s on them. Pelini sucked last season. Hence he was fired.

His shitty decision was hiring the coordinator though

You can say whatever you want, that was a poorly coached defense. And the strength of the defense looked worse than anything.

Every DB that was returned looked worse than the year before. How does that happen?

Who hired the coordinators? Who bears that blame?

Canada wasn't a good fit

Every team including high school teams would've let Pelini go after the historically bad year we had

Ensminger has been around and is still around, Aranda left to go be a head coach.

You are making it sound like LSU is a revolving door of coaches getting fired and it's quite the opposite. Most are moving on to move up.

Also, Pelini wasn't O's decision, so you can pin that one on Woodward and the admin.

Ed won’t hire coordinators who he, Daddy Pete Carroll, or the Saints haven’t worked with before. Ed has an issue with accountability and he won’t hold unknowns accountable.

Orgeron didn't hire Aranda or Ensminger. They were already on staff. He hasn't made a coordinator hire that lasted more than a year. The line of serious candidates willing to work for him is shorter than you believe.

Well this is demonstrably false.

O did hire E to be the OC.

Orgeron has filled the staff as well as his consultant pool with geezers that were coaching when the game was completely different. I should know, because I am also a geezer.

Orgeron has no clue how to identify coaching talent...current coaching talent.

A little exaggeration here. O did a good job filling the shadow staff when he took over.

He’s also given some pretty good coaches their big breaks. Hugh Freeze, Ryan Nielsen, Frank Wilson, Joe Brady.

Until you realize that O interferes with them like he did with Canada and Pelini. So not, you can’t fully blame them when the unqualified head coach decides to interfere.

I would assume they are and that there have been video calls made to other candidates, and BTW stop calling me Shirley

A week ago few had heard of Ryan Nielsen. Coach O will find the right guy. When you go after the very best, sometimes you don't get them.

I know of four to five guys on the Rant that supposedly called in and requested an interview.

Seriously though, There has to be something going on. The coaching community is too small and too closely knit for there not to be anything happening.
