Source Claims Bob Stoops Has Signed Contract For Notre Dame Job:
An anonymous source on Irish Sports Daily is alleging that Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops signed a contract for the Notre Dame job today and gave specific details pertaining to the ongoing negotiations between Stoops and ND.
The source said that Stoops is mulling how to approach the OU athletic department with the news, and that that is what is delaying the announcement for the time being.
But pen has hit paper with the Notre Dame administration: "Bring on USC," Stoops reportedly said while signing.
The source cited a familial relation in the third party agency that has acted as a go-between for Stoops and the Notre Dame athletic department.

Notre Dame might have 2 different head coaches by the end of the day...they must think since 1 guy can't get the job done there, they need 2
