Hinshaw is back in play for VOLS and will most likely be retained if Tee turns it down.

You can have Tee. Great recruiter but he was absolute shite for a WR coach.

Same can be said for Hinshaw. Pick your poison.

I'll take the guy that actually had some decent WRs under him.

I agree Belle. He would be a step up from Martin for sure in the coaching dept...

Randall Cobb, Marqise Lee, and Robert Woods suck.

Had arguably the best WR tandem in the conference, 2 potential 1st round draft picks and both underachieved and looked horrible at running routes at times. Besides, Martin would be more valuable to UT than he would anywhere else anyway given his history with the program.

We can agree to disagree, but if UT can't get Tee, I'd want hinshaw to stick around simply for recruiting purposes, not his ability to coach WRs. You can try to talk yourself into him being a good coach and that's fine, but don't expect anything great. And i'm not saying it to flame. If you were getting Sam Pittman to coach o-line, I'd be jealous.

Tee Martin had NOTHING to do with Randall Cobb. Cobb was an excellent player before Martin got there.

Then why are you giving Hinshaw credit for J Hunny and CP?

Hunter actually regressed last year and CP did not run a route all year.

Figured I'd park my car here with the latest.

UK is reportedly hiring former All-SEC Defensive Lineman Jimmy Brumbaugh as UK's DLine coach. He was spotted with Stoops at this weekends UK BB game. Was an assistant at La Tech and Syracuse as well as strength and conditioning coordinator at LSU in '07.

This is list per Kyle Tucker (not including the GA's which I heard they retained everyone including Woodson and Jarmon):

Here is Kentucky’s football coaching staff so far:
(Previous school in parentheses)

Head coach: Mark Stoops (Florida State)
OC/QB coach: Neal Brown (Texas Tech)
DC/LB coach: D.J. Eliot (Florida State)
OL coach: John Schlarman (Troy)
DL coach: Jimmy Brumbaugh (East Mississippi C.C.)
RB coach: Chad Scott (Texas Tech)*
S/ST coach: Bradley Dale Peveto (Northwestern (La.) State)
TE coach: Vince Marrow (Nebraska)

*Scott’s specific position has not been announced, and he could coach receivers, but he has only played and coached running backs in his career, so this is an educated guess.
