Woodward probably won't be around to make the hire or if he is, his input will be minimal.
After he fired Kelly earlier in the day, a meeting was held at the Governor's mansion at 5 pm to discuss the buyout options and Woodward was not invited.
It's a matter of time before Jeff Landry has him removed.
