Dabo would be a disaster here without Venables.
He might already be a disaster because he'll have replace his OC with another one. And if that one fails then he very well might be fired.
Dabo is a CEO coach like O. He offers nothing on the OC or DC side of the ball. He's benefited from being in a shitty conference and having a top 3 DC in college football content on staying by him forever.
Yes he's recruited phenomenal QBs but his Oline has sucked and been the weakest part of his coaching tenure.
He would also cost 12 million. Would not want at all

I would rather go winless 7 straight seasons in the playoff and be there almost every season than be a 7-5 program. Who cares about that record.
