We gave Les Miles' dline coach a 2.5 mil raise but balked at paying Jimbo or Tom. The Alleva swinging dick gif needs to be altered into Alleva taking a swinging dick up the poop shoot.

Yes. I pointed that out about 2 hours ago. One guy asked me how stupid I was for pointing that out. I asked him to enlighten me as to how any other team would take O and two elite coordinators in place of an elite coach with good to elite coordinators for about the same price and he had no answer.

I don't really understand why they were so hesitant to pay a top coach, when they're going to spend about the same or maybe even a bit more to fill out the staff for O. Just seems questionable.

What worries me is when Arran da and Kiffin leave, granted Kiffin is hired. I'm looking at the long term and I'm not sure O can sustain hiring top guys year in and year out. The appeal to O is his recruiting and coordinators. If whwn they don't come or leave, then what?
