I don't see what dooley brings to the table aside from his last name and being saban's TE coach here.
Innovative offense? No
His own defense? No
then if you want to argue he's just a good coach, well he hasn't even shown the ability to elevate tech to anything special. He's just used the excuse of being at LT for his mediocre results.

and much like Leslie dooley will need to be propped up by a very good OC and DC. If he brings over his current staff, well UT is in trouble

shite, Crowton had a much better record in three years as HC at LA Tech. What has changed there?
