Should we retain Tommy Moffit?

Is this our opportunity to get rid of T. Moffit?? Our freaking freshmen are more physically developed than most upperclassmen, the conditioning of the team at the beginning of the season was despicable. Frankly, it continues to be an embarrassment across the lines. Tommy is the 6th highest paid Strength & Conditioning Coach in the nation and 2nd highest in the SEC behind aTm.
National S&C Coaches Salary
Over the last 5-10 years there has been obvious deterioration of build and stature of our players. Granted some of this could be attributable to coaching philosophy and natural evolution of the game; however, this is more notable with our DBs, RBs, DL, & TEs.
Thoughts? How would you grade Moffit currently? What are your thoughts in him overall? Has he performed consistently throughout the years? Is he in touch or respected by the current generation?

He’s trained some of the best. Bama would probably hire him in a second. Nick’s been trying to get him out of Baton Rouge for a long time. That’s a tough question.

Saban and Alabama AD have a S&C Coach that they are paying less and getting a lot more out of. No one questions the physical ability of any of his players.

This is some weapons grade stupid shite right here. Do you think for one second Jimbo or Nick won’t be hiring this guy within two seconds of his release? Who is better? Name the coaches who will take his place and then list their NFL resumes in terms of players recruited and coached.

I wish that I could downvote you more than once. When our players are openly saying to the media after the 2nd game that they are out of shape then there is a problem!
