But then Franklin and Tucker happened. You could even include Jimbo, kind of.

He has a lot to learn as a HC but he's still a top 5-10 HC. If shite coaches are getting paid like that, the market demands for Lincoln to. The price of business is skyrocketing.

He’ll get all the money he wants for additional support staff and assistant coaching positions, but he will need to earn a raise for himself. Barely scraping by the little sisters of the poor and then losing to the only two teams he played with a pulse won’t do it.

Why has there been no announcement of a raise. It’s weird. Unless he’s okay with making less money than guys like Jimbo, Tucker, Franklin, and Aranda who have all done much less than him since he’s been HC

I want him to stay and see what he’s got without excuses. I think he’s butter soft with his players and has shown an incredible lack of accountability with his coaching staff.
But he’s young and he’s got loads of potential to grown in to the great coaching mind that a lot of people think he can be

OU doesn’t announce the raises until end of year usually. It also depends on when Harroz and crew meet again

I was told last night at like 8 pm that Lincoln was staying at OU. I'm not rubbing it in though. The offer was real. Lincoln used it to negotiate. It happens.
