Shea Vs Insiders

I called out Shea a couple nights ago. I felt like he was covering his arse by being so cryptic. He kept saying that it’s not Riley, but couldn’t help but notice the smoke.
Today he re-iterated that is wasn’t Riley. Never was.. My first inclination is to say “bullshite, Woody lost.”That’s also what TBL has stated.
So who is right here? Shea, Feldman, Miller. Etc who said it was never Riley or insiders who said it was?..
I’m leaning that Woody was not blindsided here. But he needs to say something soon.

Or how about Dellinger who has publicly reported that Riley chose USC OVER LSU. That's the truth.

We never lost. What it boiled down to, for Riley, was a historically know program that wasn’t in the SEC.

How is Shea wrong though, he said to take everything regarding Riley with caution and that nobody knows the true hire

Whether we lost or won, Riley didn't want any part of the SEC. So in the end, we won even if we lost.

Nobody knows except Woody. I think he got bamboozled myself because why would you have all this leaked to the top boosters and anyone connected to the program he was the guy then lose him? That's not a smart smokescreen for the university it makes you look like USC beat you out for the same coach and it looks bad for recruiting too. There's a lot wrong with that PR wise. It wasn't some elaborate ruse to confuse us. We simply got beat out for the same coach we wanted it's that simple. Shea is an arm of the AD. His wife works there he's not going to say anything to make Woody look bad. It's damage control and Woody straight up shite the bed on this one.
Maybe LSU is not valued as a job like this board thinks. Riley sure didn't see it that way and if reports are correct, they're paying our money so the stakes are higher now that the one thing LSU had an advantage isn't an advantage anymore. Franklin just got a ridiculous contract for being a mediocre coach.

We lost. Lost because we are in the SEC and LR is a coward scared bitch. May be a blessing. He didn’t want to be in the conference. PAC 10/12 whatever it is, is a cakewalk to winning. A few years there he’ll be NFL bound.
