re: Serious question: why do some of you detest Drinkwitz and believe he would fail at LSU?

You don’t fire Brian Kelly to go hire another Brian Kelly.

I’m not in favor of hiring drinkwitz
But the people who bash him but promote Dillingham are absolutely clueless. His track record is more consistent.

Yes. Just look at his record against good teams. He isn’t what we need.

Yes, Drinkwitz is consistently coming up short against good teams. Would not be surprised to see him fade out like Larry Fedora did after he was rumored as an LSU candidate and didn’t get it.

Missouri is one of 3 other teams with a winning record in both of the last two seasons in the SEC

Y’all have to decide if this is a badge of honor or not

LSU has straight up fallen behind the rest of the big SEC powers (except maybe Florida). I agree, we cannot afford to hire Drink and sink this thing further

It’s a personality thing.

If i’m picking a coach and I have all my options out there, I wasnt a guy who has strong X’s and O’s, Drive, organized And the ability to motivate.

I dont see Drink giving a pregame speech that gets his guys ready to go out there and play above their heads.

LSU is nothing without it’s swagger. The pride that’s unique due to only having one semi-legitimate public school for a whole arse state. Those swagger vibes have always given LSU an edge. You find this ghetto pride in many communities.

It’s why when they’re losing they go home and are too hurt to stay. You take most of the good vibes away when the leader is a guy like Kelly or Drink. The fans can’t stomach an intelligent nerdy non-cool non-swagger vibes guy like Drink. LSU football coach is the most important person in the world and it needs to be someone the people can relate to for their full support

just keep reposting the 0-15 against .500 teams

why is that worth firing a 54m coach?

Come back this time tomorrow after hes getting his arse kicked in Norman
