Serious Q- How does it work at this point with the UT situation?

Dead serious, im picturing a bunch of guys huddled in the ADs office with pizza boxes and beer cans around the room, and they are just coming up with names and then googling them.
That cant be far from the truth, right? They all have their laptops open and are like, " I got one, i got one", and they all run to that person and check it out

They have consultants/agents that are hired to produce names. The names come from a pool of people vetted per UT's specifications/requirements.
