After the Auburn game the only quality team on the schedule was Alabama.

Wasn't one of the things people kept saying about firing Les was that they were worried he was going to go ona run and save his job again?

Missouri, Sucks,
Southern Miss not on our level
Ole Miss Sucks
Alabama curb stomped us
Arkansas Sucks.

Florida isn't good AND they are missing players
Texas A&M Sucks and they are starting a backup QB.

It was. But even as an anti O guy, I give credit Where credit is due, Miles teams have historically looked liked shite the past few years a post bama lost, and O's team hasn't. Still 2 pivotal games to go. One against a statistically a good Defense. It's not over. Anything can happen down the stretch, but Imo tigers win out and probably will get the sugar bowl bid. And inevitably Lies the challenge on how the BOs and Alleva will have remove O and replace him with Fisher. It will have to be handled with delicaticy Bc the Joe fan wants O, and O knowing him will sale his candidacy like Edwin Edwards to the coonass base.

Ok... I'd say we "curb stomped" each other for over three quarters.

i cannot recall when bama was held scoreless for 3 quarters. I think they haven't been held scoreless in the 1st half for 126 games. No idea on three quarters. If anyone has cracked the Saban code, it's aranda.

I know

We are running over teams we should

And we are loaded

Hope people don't get too emotional over the wins.

Miles probably would have done similar in terms of winning, but not as easily.

Hope people realize we should be winning. Regardless.

OUr defense was great, but the way our offense was playing we weren't even gonna fluke our way into a win.

Im not in the hire O camp, but i will say he is making sure this team (not one he built) is living up to the standards everyone had for them at the beginning of the year. We were preseason 5 for a damn good reason. Im thankful O left some good memories for seniors the tre white, beckwith, adams, and fournette. I know they aren't all seniors but they will be gone next year.

With that said, i really hope that Alleva doesn't cave in to fan pressure and makes sure Jimbo gets here. If he doesn't, i have a feeling he will be finding a new job in about 2 years.

Who knows, if O is made HC doesn't perform well in the next couple years Aranda may be ready for a HC job. That could be a plus, if we keep him around that is.

If you go read some of the rantards threads they're still claiming that game was fixed by the refs. Makes me sad when our fan base has to blame the refs for 5 consecutive bama losses. They were still bitching after the Arky game, but i think most are pro-o crowd so i guess that's why.

Sort of. They did fire Les because he was going to pick up a few wins in a row after Auburn - but I don't think people anticipated Arkansas, Florida and A&M all falling apart.

Imagine jimbo & Aranda for a sec.. If that's not a formula to compete with Saban & kiffen I don't know what is. With those two as our guys if they don't beat bama in November then they will probably get another chance in the final 4 in some years. I hope if jimbo wants the job that alleva sees how formidable those two can be

This. We never had a chance with that offensive gameplan.

I don't see why people are so excited that we only lost by a little bit.

O and ensminger brought forth the worst possible game plan out there, and it was obvious we couldn't score like that. This game should be a huge red flag, but the O boys have twisted it into a positive some how.

If les had coaches that game the same way, heads would've rolled. But O gets a pass.
