You act like it works every time.
If we didn't have the people we have it wouldn't work

Joe, Clyde and the 3 receivers are elite

Be curious if Boom and other HC's on the hotseat follow the Orgeron template to go get a modern offensive guru and turn em loose. He has nothing to lose. In this day and age you aint gonna win just playing defense, you gotta score points and a lot of em.

Muschamps ego will not allow him to turn his OC lose. Weiss left an NFL team to come to UF then left after his first year to go to Kansas. Muschamp can’t help but get in the way.

Saw this show at UF. Doesn’t matter what OC he brings in, the offense will suck. Idk how he can still convince an OC to come work for him.

You have two stud receivers and an above average QB and RB. Joe Brady made Burrow and there are dozens of guys who could slide into CEH’s spot and do as good if not much better.

We’ll have Hilinski and a pile of biscuits on offense next year

I am hearing Chad Morris as OC is a done deal, just working on the financials.

I'm sure that will thrill the Gamecock faithful.

Joe Burrow made Joe Burrow. The scheme helped him tremendously, cuz that's what he's used to running. However, Joe put in a lot of work on himself to improve his arm strength and accuracy and worked with his receivers to build chemistry over the summer.

Yeah this guy just doesn't know.

The 3 receivers are elite and Clyde is the perfect fit for that offense, being able to run and catch, not just one

All it says to me is that we were lazy and took the first out we could get. Didn't even take the time to look around.

In other words, typical Carolina and more of the same.

No it's not. SC been eaten up with injuries the past two years.

Here's the breakdown of games lost to injury this year by position group.

QB 13
RB 12
WR 23
TE 15
Ol 7
DL 10
LB 5
DB 18
Special Teams 5

That's 108 games lost by starters or 2nd string players this year. Couple that with the difficult schedule and you can easily see why this team is 4-8

You counting Moss as receiver? He’s not an elite TE, he’s one step back from elite (this year).

Either way, we don’t have the jimmys or the Joes so those Xs and Os don’t matter.

If so then Will Muschamp just committed career suicide.

You should temper your expectations. Imagine the situation the OC is walking into and ask yourself what OC worth a frick is going to risk that?

Muschamp deserves another year. In his first three years, the Gamecocks went to bowls. He did have a bad year this year with a tough schedule.

Funniest post I'll read all week.

It is up there with the Bob Stoops to FSU stuff.

Dillman sucked at UF, and continued to have tons ACLs injuries at USC.

Muschamp is great at making faces and turning red on the sideline. You don't want to lose that.

He rarely even does that anymore. If you watch him he looks like he transports himself to his happy place in his mind for a good bit of the game now. Just looks checked-out.

Which I can semi-understand. It's how most of us Gamecocks survive being Gamecocks.
