That is my issue…selling top ranked kids on not chasing money or big school and let it come later….but then jump ship leaving these kids

Primes valuables are safer today

I think Primes longterm success is all about who he hires on his staff. If he can hire an old school OC or DC that will do all the little things that are needed to run a program day to day, as well as a few other old hands at various other positions, then he has a chance to do well.
Prime will never be a hands on Saban type coach. He needs someone that can and will do that for him. What he can do is sell a vision and excitement and we all know in the long run this is about the Jonnys and Joes not the Xs and Os.
He can bring in the talent, the question will be is there enough structure for them to succeed.
I have to admit, I’ll watch a few Col games this year just because of Prime coaching there.

I don't want him to fail, I really don't care. Not a fan of him and not a fan of Colorado. I just don't think the dude is qualified. He doesn't know shite about building a power 5 program. He coached 2 years at the lowest level of FCS and other than that was a coach at a shady fly by night high school. Make no mistake he almost assuredly will fail.
