He is a garbage coach, and is the 2nd best coach LeBron ever played for. Spo was the best but he wasn't great back then. I still contend that Spo was GREATLY out coached the year the Mavs upset the Heat.

Mike has almost 150 more wins than losses. He isn’t a bad coach but he can can’t give Sabonis heart or make Fox play smarter.
At least Mike’s contract is guaranteed.
