You're severely misconstruing Campbell's recruiting mindset. Everything I've read says Campbell loves recruiting, he's just limited with resources and the school he's recruiting to.

I can see OU looking at campbell if they lose riley, to lsu or the nfl
that is a part of the riley piece we are overlooking, what nfl team may come after him and would he slow play LSU for a raise at OU and a look at the nfl?
raiders are sitting there with an established QB
so are the Seahawks
urban could get run
nagy at the bears
and others TBD
