I think that guy simply made a terrible mistake in going to Michigan and turning his back on his Alum/ West Virginia. I'm sure he thought WV would understand the opportunity but it didn't turn out like he had planned.

I don't care what his record is, no University should retain a coach that plays Josh Groban at a football banquet. That should be grounds for automatic termination.
