You mean the part where Dooley and company couldn't count to 11?
No, the part before that when Les embarrassed himself on national tv, yet again.

Herbie says this hire must be a Michigan man. I wonder who fits that description

There are some seriously dumb people posting in this thread if they think we instantly fall to mediocrity.

Has anyone mentioned Urban Meyer?

+1000. Miles only went 10-2 in a year where the SECW had the best year ever and one of those losses to the favorite (and very possibly champ) in the BCSNC game.
You can only smile and shake your head when you note a thought process of the like to which you were responding.
LSU has more SEC wins in the last 6 years than any other school in the SEC West, has a many west titles as any school in the SEC West, has been NR more than any school in the SEC west, has more BCS bowl wins than any school in the west, has more 10 win seasons than any school in the west, has a better OOC record than any school in the west, has a shot at being ranked in the Top 10 4 of 6 years which would be the best in the SEC, and has as many NC as any school in the west, but some gleefully express their disire for the LSU football coach to go and for LSU to endure the gamble/trauma of a HC search.
It's beyond my cognitive ability to understand, but each to our own.

The Notre Dame fans would burst into flames, given that Urban ("He's named after a Pope!") blew them off for Florida.
I'm fine with Hoke, FWIW. Living in LA and seeing the Lesticle up close, y'all can keep him.

They will never hire the hat with the broken clock....who didn't say clock it, but was filmed saying clock it...later did clock it. YIPES! The joke of ESPN.

Just heard the news, business is definitely about to pick up. Correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't it reported about two days ago that Hoke had been tsken off UM's list . Don't remeber the reasoning behind it but one day I read he was the number two guy then next day was reports he was not.

Hoke is their Plan X. Apparently they've fallen to Plan X.

shite like this happens to coaches ALL THE frickING time yet you ignorant fricks think miles is the only guilty party. who here watched GB look completely clueless late in the NE game? all the Olineman looking back at matt flynn wondering what to do. It's called, get your arse on the ball, like you've been trained to do since pop fricking warner.
and how about the time mismanagement of the big 12 championship game? they got lucky as frick the ball went out of bounds with 1 second left b/c guess what, if that doesn't happen, that stupid shite costs the legendary coach mack brown a shot at a national title.
some of you fricktards need to get a fricking clue. seriously.

Keep saying this to yourself over and over and it just might be true.
The occasional clock management issue does flare up from time to time with some coaches, but Les has taken it to another level. I personally do not know of a single top level coach who's teams look as routinely lost as Les' teams do. You can choose to ignore this all you want, but bank on this .... as long as Les is the coach at LSU, you will see clock problems continue to surface.

Butch Davis is a pretty good coach right?
He goat f**cked the clock at the end of the bowl game.
It does happen.

THANK YOU
LJBurton is just clearly one of those fools obsessed with something that happened 6 years ago and will NEVER let miles live it down. Miles could win 10 straight NC's and this fool would come on here and whine "yeah but miles tried to call timeout after a possession change against tennessee in 2005. remember that shite? this guy is clearly in over his head."
