The way I look at it if Miles wants to keep Crowten on staff he is just tightening the noose around his neck.

Crowton holds all the power. His contract is guaranteed. He'll get paid if he coaches next year or not.

More like too stubborn to change system based on who he's got. Doesn't develope QBs well. Has a system that takes three to fours years for QBs to run well.
