Herman/Texas was the big fish, but LSU wasn't even planning on eating the fish..., am I right?

And maybe Fedora/Holgorsen was the little fish?

Again, we never intended to eat. Not those fish.

Or big fish is ESPN/national media and little fish is local media

Yeah, I do have a clue. Hire a coach like Saban or Urban and tell him who he has to retain. Your balls will be in your mouth. But you're okay with a coach who will bend over. That's why we're in this situation.

Hey I've excepted the fact that if we can get jimbo we will do it and it's the smart thing to do. Even though I feel like we will extremely over pay for him. Whoever the coach ends up being ill root for them and lsu.

My pleasure. I'll venture back from time to time. I'll be out of 'the loop' most likely though. That's just how these things work when done correctly.

I almost feel sorry for all the people who are gonna come right to this board when they wake up, and wonder what the hell was said or went on.

I finally convince myself to take a break from this board and, naturally, I miss something.

My sources say that Saban will get a 1 billion dollar per game contract; renewable each game with incentives for SEC wins, Urban Meyer and Bobby Petrino will be co-offensive coordinators, the DC coordinator job is still up for grabs, but includes several top NFL coordinators, including some former NFL head coaches. I have heard Gruden's name floated as one of the team's coalition of DCs. It is likely that LSU will have more coaches on the sidelines than players.

Nobody missed anything. There are rumors of a smokescreen, but that has been in effect for a few days now.
