What's the connection between Martindale and Brady? They've never crossed paths in any of their jobs, aren't from the same hometown.

I guess Brady has not officially signed his contract with LSU? There was a lot of talk a few weeks ago that it was a done deal and Culotta basically bet his career that Brady is locked in at LSU. Its been pretty quiet on the LSU side lately but a lot of noise / rumors from everywhere else. I hope Culotta is right.

Brady would have to really want to coach in the NFL to make that move. NFL coordinators don’t make anywhere near what he will at LSU

I love how it doesn't even specify a landing spot for Martindale but just says they'll be paired together.
I'm sure Brady is a hot prospect but this is VERY poorly sourced.
Also, don't forget that it's Ian Rapoport who has a, shall we say, less than stellar reporting history.
For example, remember when he told everyone that Mike Mularkey supposedly had an extension in place and was instead FIRED?

It’s incredible. Bama fans sure hate LSU with an offense. First year it’s ever happened and they take an L, at home nonetheless.
