A mindless idiot can be OC for Saban. I'm not worried about what warm body gets the job.

I'd be excited, but then that means Joker and Barnhart get to hire another mouthbreather.

The only positive spin I can put on a move like this is that Sanders will essentially be a puppet for Saban and Saban will be much more involved with the offense than he has been in previous years. Other then that, I got nothing.

I was speaking with my brother in law earlier today and he said Franklins name had come back in the mix.

He said he's not quoting message board crap but ....

he's been right and wrong in the past about all things Aub so who knows.

Run..Run..Play action/Screen...Run...Run...

Boring, but it wins championships with a Saban defense.

Randy Sanders to Bama as OC...?
This rumor is picking up momentum.

I sure hope not.

Just because idiots post threads about it on message boards doesn't mean that it's "picking up momentum". And note where the OP is from...Tennessee. A vol buddy of mine sent me a screen shot of a Vol message board where it started. Come on, buddy. I would tell you to grow a brain, but since you're a Bama fan, you're supposed to already have one.

Actually, I don't see how Randy Sanders would be much different than what you have now.

A boring, brutal, demoralizing ground game is exactly what Saban wants to pair along with his defense. And Sanders should be as good as anybody at providing that.

Don't see a problem here. You didn't expect Saban to think "outside the box" with regard to offense, did you?

If it were so boring, you would think auburn's secondary wouldn't have shite themselves and blown an assignment every time we put a tight end in motion this year.

You should try to be less upset, it's christmas.

Perfect fit for the Fanbase.... Maybe he could also head up recruiting?

I ain't upset, bro.

I didn't call it just "boring" (which it is). I also called it "brutal" and "demoralizing" as well... which, in football terms, is a GOOD thing. But you chose to ignore that because you're such a sensitive little nancy, you were looking for an insult.

And, from what I've seen over the years, in football terms, a brutal and demoralizing run game is EXACTLY what Saban wants.

And the Auburn secondary wasn't blowing assignments vs. your tight-end, dumbass... it was our linebackers. Which sucked bad and hard all year long.
