When i flew into Rio de Janeiro a few yrs ago, driving into town from the airport, I saw several houses with no windows and one had a horse on the 3rd floor.

Isn't there a small airfield over in east baton rouge down below the old Jefferson neighborhood around airline? It may be more back towards Livingston parish.
