PJ Fleck is the better Head Coaching version of Orgeron.

He motivates and actually coaches. I was against Fleck at first because I'm not a fan of the Ra Ra type head coach but after looking into him more, I changed my mind. I think he should be the number 2 choice after Herman.
Orgeron just can't coach. A head coach of a program like LSU needs to know a little bit about the x's and o's in all phases of the game. Coach O doesn't coach anything during the games. He even pretty much admits that.
I would love for Coach O to stay on the staff as the recruiting coordinator but nothing more. He made a few basic football decisions that were bad tonight. No way can anyone that watches LSU play and knows a little about football actually want him to be the head coach next year anymore. I'm thankful that he stepped in mid season and saved the season from being a total dumpster fire but he isn't the long term answer.

I hope all these O pumpers see what the majority of us have been saying all along. The man is a great interim coach, but he's just not a long term solution. No matter how bad you want him to be the guy, he is not the man for the job.

You're a fricking tard if you think this program can't do better than O. You're telling me that O is better than Fleck? Than Petrino? Than Fedora? Than Peterson? Than Patterson? Even better than mother fricking Jim Mora?!?!? If so, you're part of the problem. Get over the fricking love fest man. It's just not reality.

Having never heard of PJ Fleck I would have still taken him over Ed fricking Orgeron after spending 6 seconds looking at their resumes.
