I rarely ever get on RaginPagin nowadays because I hate most of the posters on it. But I've been lurking because of this search and from what I've gathered he's been right about stuff in the past. But I really don't know the specifics. So maybe he doesn't know his stuff but it doesn't really matter anyway as it looks like the guy I talked about us interviewing didn't get the job.
And it didn't have to come from the athletic director. His connection could be a big time booster who stays in the know. It's not like it's that far fetched to have connections to people in the know in a small town like Lafayette.

Pry seems very meh to me. I'm not super impressed. I'd have preferred a lot of the other names mentioned.

A power 5 coordinator, has UL ties, will bring in good assistants that will be paid well. Seems like it checks all the boxes to me

Sounds like Canada was interested, and we were interested as well. I don't know if it was money that eliminated him but he seemed to go away a lot sooner than names like Cumbie and Spavital from the OC ranks.
