Last week every single prediction by the national media was Lane's staying or he's going to Florida. Not one national talking head said he was going to LSU. LSU started getting serious traction late last week and now they are all catching on.
Three weeks ago, LSU's program was a dumpster fire in the eyes of the rest of the country with the Kelly firing, Landry goofiness, and Woodward firing. For them to right the ship as effectively as they have has surprised a lot of people.
