If I had to guess, then I would say LSU is going to be covering up a lot of "off the field" type stuff while Lane is HC.
you read that out of a morning devotional? Not even a biblical devotional at that?

Dude quit drinking. He found God and pulling his family back together. Give him a break.

We're lucky the man shares his journey with us. He is still a human being, and he has made mistakes, like the rest of us. He is working on himself one day at a time.

I'm happy we have him as our head coach. Enjoy the ride on The Lane Train!

If you haven’t noticed, there’s a movement for God on the HS, college and nfl football fields.
I want a coach that will be a good example and mentor to our student athletes. Gives them class and respect.
I’m sure lane is doing it for his and his family’s journey also

Relies on God? God told him to abandon his playoff bound team of young men, at the pinnacle of their sporting lives, and who look to him for leadership? Are you joking?

It is patently obvious that Lane is his own god. That’s who he worships and it’s the only thing that steers him.

You can give a million reasons why you think Lane Kiffin went to LSU, but God isn’t one of them.

I'll pray that you find peace, little buddy. I know this is a difficult time for you. Who are you to question God's plan? God thought it was time for Lane to provide leadership to a new set of young men.

He wanted to take a chance on the big stage. I suspect praying and trust in God told him not to be afraid of the risk and noise that comes with that decision.
