Not going to tell anyone here what to believe, but I'd go to ShaggyBevo for news before I'd trust OrangeBloods and that's saying a LOT.

Bet Muschamp wishes he had stayed at Texas.

shite. They were horrible defensively with him, and they're horrible his year without him. Muschamp just seems like a miss at this point. I know it's early, but he blindly left for a program built for a completely different system. Every UGA fan thinks he deserves this and I can't disagree with them.

I get it that you don't follow Texas football, but at least check your facts before making bogus statements. We're #10 in total D...maybe you meant our offense has been horrible the last few games.

And if I'm not mistaken, the D was ranked pretty highly last year as well with Muschamp.

I doubt that

it's becoming clearer and clearer that there was so much in-fighting amongst the coaching staff last year, it was a bad situation for everybody. Muschamp wanted to leave just to get out. After the Iowa St loss, the team quit, the coaches were throwing each other under the bus...it was just bad for everybody

WM will fall on his face and Chris Petersen is an amazing coach.. Hawkins gambled by going to a program that had a good past at Colorado, but that doesn't predict future success. I believe he was stuck in a market that was already failing while other programs where a step ahead leading to constant mediocracy.

i bet mack brown does step down this year...when they lose to A&M this weekend, it will be the nail in the coffin...I think they must make a Big time hire because I really believe that A&M's move to the SEC will allow them to recruit vs UT effectively...I think the money will start pooring in to the aggies athletics, their new baseball stadium is going to be nicer then UT's..

you are foolishly thinking that Mack's departure has something to do with the football team's performance

Mack's resignation as HC coincides with DeLoss' resignation as AD

Hawkins got burned by an admin that locked down his recruiting and that caused him to lose their inroads into California

You have to have success recruiting Cali to win at Colorado

BDS on full display.

Nutt only coached there for 1 year and was 5-6.

Koetter was there for 3 years, his best year was 10-2.

Hawkins really took them up a notch. However, Colorado was not a good spot for success. For starters it does not have a solid recruiting base. When they were good in the past, they cleaned up in Calif, Texas and other places, including La (Kordell Stewart). Next, in response to scandals under Barnett the school put some harsh, self imposed restrictions, like limiting recruits on campus visits to 24, from NCAA regulated 48 hours. Cu was not a good job, he was doomed to fail.
