You own a business. You have a spot to fill. You have a friend that needs a job, he is a great guy full of energy, the life of the party and everyone likes him. It is a very important job, one that if not done correctly could ruin your business. You have a stack of resumes and you have 4 or 5 that you have looked over. They all have proven records, lots of experience, the right credentials and have succeeded at their current jobs. Remember, this is your lively hood, your wife and kids and lots of other people are relying on you to make the right move. What do you do?
