He is the Carolina qb coach and could bring DJ Mangas. Anybody know anything about him?

Panthers bio:
Never been a coordinator.
But we all lost our shite that we would hand over the offense to Callaway.
quote:
Jake Peetz was named Carolina's quarterbacks coach under new head coach Matt Rhule in January 2020. He spent the 2019 season with the Panthers as running backs coach, helping Christian McCaffrey put together a record-breaking season. Peetz has 10 years of NFL experience, spending time with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2008-12), Washington Redskins (2014) and Oakland Raiders (2015-17).
Under Peetz's guidance, McCaffrey became the third player in NFL history with over 1,000 rushing yards and 1,000 receiving yards in the same season. He led the NFL with 2,392 scrimmage, the third-most scrimmage yards in a single season in NFL history. McCaffrey reset his own NFL record for most receptions by a running back with 116 in 2019, becoming just the second NFL player with 1,000+ rushing yards and 100+ receptions in the same season.
In 2018, Peetz served as an offensive analyst at Alabama under head coach Nick Saban, a position Peetz also held in 2013. The Crimson Tide led all SEC teams last season with 522.0 yards per game and 45.6 points per game.
Peetz coached quarterbacks in his final two seasons in Oakland (2016-17), serving as assistant quarterback coach in 2016 and quarterbacks coach in 2017. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr earned two of his three consecutive Pro Bowl selections working with Peetz. Peetz originally joined the team as a senior offensive assistant in 2015, working primarily with the running backs. He helped Latavious Murray earn Pro Bowl honors after rushing for 1,066 yards and six touchdowns, the first 1,000-yard rushing season by a Raider since 2010.
Peetz spent one year with Washington as the offensive quality control/assistant wide receivers coach in 2014. In his one season working with Peetz, Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson led the NFL with an average of 20.9 yards per reception and led the team with 1,169 receiving yards.
His NFL coaching career began in 2012 as Jacksonville's offensive assistant/assistant quarterbacks coach. Before joining the team's coaching staff, he worked in scouting, serving as the team's BLESTO scout in 2010-11 after starting as a scouting assistant in 2008.
Peetz began his coaching career with two years on the collegiate level at Santa Barbara City College (2006) and UCLA (2007).

Joe Brady probably recommend him.
I mean It would be wise to look into but I don’t think he’s the guy to give the offense a better boost.

Consider what he had to work with.

Lane Kiffins QB throw 5 in two games this year and we’d all take him

Would you want him as OC?

Lane Kiffin's offense is also one of the top scoring O's in CFB. The Panthers are in the bottom half of the league in scoring
TIFWIW tho

Because the Panthers have jackshit for talent.

My point is why bring in another NFL guy with no coordinator experience when you have one on the staff who's actually done the job?
Posted on 1/3/21 at 9:20 pm to ipodking
If he is so great why would brady be getting rid of him.
Go out and find your own guy for once

OTOP specifically used the words "will be" in regards to Jake being the next OC. Then said "he will bring" in regards to mangus coming with him. Both of those statements are absolutes. If that is the case, where does that leave Callaway as it was reported he would be promoted to an on field role.
