Mullen just signed a big new deal for over 10 mil. He isn't going anywhere. Neither is Gary Patterson.

The only on on this list that is realistic if you really would want him, is Del Rio. Patterson and Mullen are going nowhere. Sarkisian likes the west coast, Gruden isn't going college. More likely would have to go in the direction of Edsel from UConn, Briles from Baylor, something like that. But I hope Miles stays put at LSU. A lot more upside with him than downside. Great recruiting class and tough schedule next year. Really risky to start over.

Florida just hired a guy with no head coaching experience and Miami had to hire Al Golden (who I like). Be realistic people! Chip Kelly isn't going anywhere. Neither is Bob Stoops (who isn't good enough for the rantards anyway). Gruden isn't coaching college ball. Del Rio is winning his division, why would he leave? Patterson's not leaving. We aren't likely to get Mullen either.

Miles isn't perfect, but he's not bad. I'll take him over the likely replacement because you don't know what you're going to get.

BTW Rocket, I like Pat Fitzgerald too.

Brian Kelly > Chip Kelly. Just wait. I wish ND would have kept Weis another year so we had a chance at Kelly if the shite goes down.

It's been posted on the niners board that Harbaugh will be offered around $5m per season and that the Niners will match any advance on that.

Apparently it was on the CSNbayarea postgame show. No idea how reputable they are...

Harbugh now likely has offers from:

49ers, Michigan, and the Raiders

Les might not be a good coach but he's not stupid. He'll stay at LSU and win 8-10 games a year play in a bunch of meaningless bowl games and maybe get lucky and slip into the SECCG. all while making over 3 million a year

I'd be surprised if the Panthers didn't look hard at him, holding the first pick they'd be guaranteed to get Luck.

depends who their GM is. If they keep the one they have now they won't because he likes Clausen.

TAF will be relieved at that news. What are you willing to pony up for other potential candidates?
