Mississippi State gear just shows a lack of common sense 
I couldn't imagine going to a job interview wearing a tie with my current company's logo all over it or something.
The full control over staff is something I'd maybe expect a more seasoned and established DC to command, but if that's what he wants, good for him for standing his ground and good for us for telling him to kick rocks. We're not ditching Corey Raymond.

If he wants to move up the ladder, he won’t. A lot of schools have an established guy or two who don’t leave just because a new coordinator comes in. He’s not proven enough to get rid of a guy like Corey Raymond, if this actually happened.

Exactly. Aranda was one of the best DC’s in the country and he got to bring in exactly one coach of his choosing throughout his time here.
DC’s very very rarely get to choose their staff and Arnette doesn’t have nearly enough skins on the wall to demand total control.

I only know because I live in the Austin metro. I also know he usually doesn't know that much.
