Tub is a pretty reliable source. I have no knowledge other than the insiders I see. I only will relay things from guys with great track records. He's not giving names but seems high on the 3 possible targets. We'll see tomorrow! I have no preference as long as we look competent and points will be scored lol. Hopefully we are all happy tomorrow regardless of what's announced. Besides what everyone thinks, who does everyone WANT?

Thats what I'm afraid of.. Hopefully They're all spread since most of our players played in spread systems in high school. Only makes sense to run what got them where they are as players. Under center passing is much more difficult for guys who have never done it. Have to focus on your drop back while making reads and avoiding heat. Shotgun passing is read and react without having to move as much. Brennan and Narcisse BOTH have a shot to be great in an open offense.

Not a fan of that hire honestly... bigger names to draw more excitement, but that style of offense is definitely the right direction!

You are assuming he really wants to stay. In reality he probably wants out as much as O wants him out...but was just positioning himself for the buyout.
This could actually allow LSU to call his bluff in that case. If LSU says it's not willing to pay the buyout so, unless it is negotiated, it is willing to move forward with him for 1 more year, maybe he caves.

I think the plan was to get him another job first to eat some/all of the buyout, but that's just not shaking out. That probably changes things.

If I were alleva and O is determined to get a new OC, O should have very little imput on who that replacement is. O acts like he's fricking nick saban or something.
