According to 247Sports’ Travis Haney, Miles is telling potential employers, including Purdue, that he plans to bring Alabama offensive analysts Steve Sarkisian and Mike Locksley onto his next offensive staff. Sarkisian would serve as Miles’ “principal play-caller,” and Locksley would likely be his run-game coordinator, per Haney.

I know WTF, if it is true all I can say is "thanks MIles for all the players, students, alumni and fans that supported you when they shouldn't have! Glad to see you have seen the light after taking all of our money you fricker!!!"

He'll get in his own way again. We all know it will happen. He's too stubborn and stupid not to.

Something tells me sark's playbook is about to look eerily similar to post-2008 gary crowton's, greg studrawa's and cam cameron's.

It will not matter. Miles had a half dozen OCs here and it was the same every year. He could have Chip Kelly as the OC and it would look the same.

Miles is such a joke. He and his agent are already posturing for a new gig and the season isn't even over yet. And like anyone would believe that he would do anything different, with his job on the line at LSU he didn't even change.

Well of course they are.

Should LSU not be talking to any coaches until the season is over? Should any coaches not be talking to LSU about the HC gig until the season is over?

Miles is all in but only one job is officially open, Purdue.

Baylor I assume will be.

If LSU hires Fisher or Herman that job would be open but I can't see either of those two schools hiring him.

It would be in LSU's best interest for Miles to land somewhere just from a financial standpoint.

So he wouldn't bring in the guy (Kiffin) that he speaks with on the phone weekly, but skip over him for Sarkisian? OK.

Why would Kiffin leave his 1.4 million dollar a year, guaranteed successful job to come here?

He's contractually obligated to do so.
