Where the smoke is coming from all of sudden? Riley has reached back out since then and the speculation is he said yes on the down low.
That hasn’t happened. But just know OU boosters are involved now. Things could get dicey.
People on here need to go back and remember Saban to Texas which was a Done Deal. Texas boosters bragged about it so much he renegged...
So, nothing is a done deal and I guarantee no papers are signed. At best you might have an agreement on an offer AT THIS TIME (see Jimbo Fisher, Tom Herman, etc).
Also, this getting out could torch the whole thing. Not much to do about that now.

I think it’s been pretty well known now that SW is pushing for up $12/M a year. An offer he can’t refuse. Is OU in a position to give him a pay raise to $12M/year? Probably more?
Of course this is all speculation, but I wouldn’t think that OU is just going to gladly give the man a 4 million dollar raise.
