Who wants a job where the person your replacing still hangs around the office? Stupid move by Woody and it’s going to cost LSU a decent hire.

Orgeron is in Destin already. His last game was last night. He's not hanging around anymore.

Why do you think he is around. Do you have any coherent thought in your mind before you posts?

He’s getting some pretty serious looks from USC also.

Y’all do remember his buyout requires him to represent LSU at big donor functions don’t you?

quote:

In addition to the unique provision which allows Orgeron to continue head coaching duties through the 2021 season, LSU’s buyout ties the two parties together through 2025. According to the buyout terms, Ed Orgeron must appear at one public event each year for the next four years at LSU’s request. This would mean one state fair, Mardi Gras celebration or championship parade from 2022 through 2025, when payments end.

Like I said way to much of a possibility for stuff to go sideways with him hanging around.

A new coach would have 12 million reasons to ignore O. I’m not buying.

Denying reality? The buyout is the buyout.

O will still be hanging around looking over whomever is hired shoulder.
