I don't know...I've done neither.

If I learned anything from the media this year, is they love to exaggerate or create bs to support a narrative.

Nobody, but he did encourage an alleged victim to go to the police.

He will not be interviewed he will not be even talked about by this staff. The people on this site who are even thinking seriously about him are sick man. The man turned a blind eye to rape and kept those players around like nothing happened. Just really think about that.

Proof?

I know where there is smoke there is fire. I know the investigation showed Baylor enough evidence of wrong doing they had to do something about it. I know his name has a stigma attached to it that he will not be able to wipe off. I know it will be a shite storm to hire him to be ball boy much less a top assistant. He's not coming to LSU now go play with your X-box.

No criminal charges against briles tells me it's not as bad as this cat is perpetuating.

Very simple, if Vick gets jail time for fighting dogs. Briles would get jail time if he was assisting covering up rape cases.

It sounds like supporting Briles has the added benefit of bothering you. Now I really want him.

It doesn't matter if he did or did not do what you all perceive as morally "enough". His name currently has a stigma to it and from an AD perspective he is untouchable.

Maybe he's just a scapegoat. While unfortunate... it does not matter. LSU will not even interview him... bookmark it.

You think LSU is a laughing stock now? They would be HATED nationally, lose sponsors, etc.. Right or wrong, LSU will not attach such a polarizing (and I mean to the core of people's emotion and perceived justice) figure to their brand. Currently, the dude is untouchable.

Maybe. But after investigations and countless news articles all we are left with is innuendo as far as I can tell. I'd be happy to be proven wrong but haven't seen anything substantial yet.

It doesn't matter. LSU is an extremely popular, profitable BRAND. The smoke is enough. Smart businesses (not that they've acted as such here lately) do not attach themselves to polarizing figures... they cut bait.

The most successful program of the past decade does the exact opposite. Is Bama only an anomaly?

And that's certainly a reasonable position. Somebody will take the chance on him at some point though, and he will probably be very successful.
