Did I miss the top 20 finish by AU this year? Where did they finish 20,19 or not even in the top 25? Did you and I see different polls?

I think if you look at AU's production on offense in 2008 compared to 2009 (with pretty much the same personal) that may help

He said top 20 program. AU is not a top 20 program yet. Just remember if it were not for Gus' offense La Tech would have beat AU.

Okay that post doesn't even really make sense or relate to the topic. I wouldn't expect you to understand it though, given your previously exhibited lack of logic.

Think about what Ricky "the Beetle" Bustle could do if he had Latech's talent.

Speaking of him, I figure you guys will be shoving him out the door at the end of this season.

Sorry man, I don't mean to be ugly - it's just comical to see Tech fans think their football coaching job is some big job that will attract the likes of the Gus Mahlzans of the world. Just b/c one left for Tennessee doesn't mean they're going to be lining up to be the next Tech coach. Sorry, but being the Tech coach doesn't equate to much of anything - check the history. And quite frankly, Dooley getting hired by UT was a fluke - in large part due to his last name and being under Saban. I just don't see that happening again.

And no offense, believe me I've got several Tech grads in my family and I know delusional when I see it. I just don't see Tech getting a descent coach - it's just like ULL - a dead end job. Even the best of coaches is only going to do so much.

you keep talking about flukes and dead end jobs but Crowton is making a million as your AC and Dooley just got offered over 2 at UT. Doesnt sound like being Tech's coach is too dead end job to me.

No offense, "mytigger," but you're being nothing but an ignorant prick.

See how putting "no offense" before a phrase totally negates the a-hole-ishness of it?
