ULL and Texas (both ranked) was on a great timeslot in week 1 this year. I imagine a lot of casual fans landed on that game.

He wouldn't be a splash hire from the outset- but he certainly has the potential to prove he was one- if he ends up being our guy.

It was also at the same time as Alabama/Miami which doubled ULL/Texas viewership. Hell most of the people that watched that game probably don't know who Texas's head coach is, much less ULL's
