Wow. Makes sense, he wasn't going anywhere unless that was the deal. Can't wait to see what he does over there. What he's done at UL has been nothing short of a miracle

UL is squeeking by shite opponents. I'll take the guy with P5, SEC experience.

Sounds like LSU. Just because he's the U-la-la coach

Your never simp on Napier. It’s just not your thing.

LINK

If you talk to him, tell him to stop begging for the LSU job. His middle school student government politics won’t work.

If Napier can turn ULL into a sustainable program he can win a natty at LSU. Too many people at LSU are too prideful to hire a coach from ULL

That is amazing good luck with the hire. I am sure he feels loved today and will be done there in 2 to 3 years like the rest of them since Spirier with that crap show at UF.

Obviously, the place where coaching carriers go to die....

Also if you talk to him let him know that he can come if he goes and wins at a P5 school for 5 years

I'm from Lafayette and my dad is a USL graduate and is a booster of the program. What Napier has done is nothing short of a miracle

Napier has done a fine job…with some of the best facilities in G5 (don’t just look at the stadium, which is slated for a significant upgrade). The hidden jewel at ULL is in the AD’s office.

No, he is gone and almost for certain unless LSU by a miracle offers in the next 24hrs or so.

Napier’s definitely not a melt-worthy hire

People acting like he's doing this at some dirt poor school with no funding are going with the pre huds version of ULL

They have pumped money into that athletic program

The dude makes double what every other coach in the conference does and has every advantage over everyone.

It's not like they were winning 1 game a year before him. They went 5-7 after a bowl streak albeit with some sanctions for ACT fixing

They also stopped playing 2/3 money games a year which made his win total inflate a bit

Jesus Christ people. This is the same crap that led to Orgeron. Same people likely doing it as well. I bet if I go back and look at your posts you were a Cheerio

You’d be 100% wrong, which is par for the course. The man is a good coach. You didn’t see any other schools lining up to hire Orgeron, not even a rumor from any so-called source or media outlet.

The fact that a school of Florida’s stature has reportedly targeted him immediately says volumes. But you won’t give him a single amount of credit. Which makes you impossible to take seriously.

It’s apparent you are completely ignorant of the CFB coaching landscape or are one of the handful of paid anti-Napier bots perusing the board to diminish his accomplishments at every turn.

Last three years he's gone 11-3, 10-1, 11-1. Before that UL had never had a 10 win season. I was there when ESPN had the Bottom 10 rankings and UL was on it every week for years and years. He's out-recruited Tulane and LaTech and for the past 2 season has been the only team from Louisiana that was ranked by seasons end. Now you tell me
