thank God, get Crowton and Stud out of there now, they're damaging our team. I wish we could get rid of Les fricking Miles too, but alas, we're stuck.

Stud and Crowton must stay in place until after the Cap One. Back off!!

You are extremely resourceful ... and an explosive poster.

process of elimination, my friend. Last year we replaced the defensive staff. This year we'll replace the offensive staff. If that doesn't work then the only thing left to change is the Head Coach. Miles has next year to fix this or he's done. FACT

This is becoming a hallmark of Les Miles teams. Suck at something really bad, change all the coaches in that area, and then start over again.

I truly beleive if he can get the right coordinator in here we can turn it around...we have all the talent and depth in the world to be in a championship very soon..Im not a Miles supporter but i will say he can get the talent, if he can get the right coaches hes not gunna leave bc we will be rollin into a championship very soon.

Is that not good?

Is that not good?
Constant turnover- not good
Making poor hires- also not good
Having to keep around guys through the bowl game who should be fired- not good at all

it's not easy to keep your coordinators when you are good. It is a sign of success.

are you referring to crowton as a bad hire? I agree it's time for him to go, but the guy was a huge part of our national championship. I will give Miles a pass on that one.

Not when you have to basically fire your defensive staff after one season and your offensive staff after the next season.

Agree 100%. Time to go, but thanks for 2007!

I'll give you the Malveto experiment. But Crowton was money in year one and Chavis and Pelini have worked out. Hard to call them bad hires.

So we replaced all the Defensive coaches last year
Possibly replacing all the Offensive coaches this year...
Anybody else worried that our Special teams will just be attrocious next season...
Also...if I was that coach I would be worried next year...

Constant turnover can be good, assuming our guys are getting better jobs elsewhere. That means' they're successful here.

We're not losing coordinators b/c they're successful at LSU. We're rid of them b/c they suck.

Actually our special teams have been quite good imo. We have one of the best KO cover and net punting teams in the SEC. KO returns aren't bad (don't look at the stats for KOR b/c teams often kick it short to keep it away from Holliday).

Interesting.
Socialism will always fail because eventually you run out of rich people to tax. Will Miles run out of assistant coaches to blame?
