And to the other poster, it's not just Crowton, it's Mallory, Peveto, Studrawa, McCarthy and many more including the horrible fat black guy who was last year's D line coach. Crowton has only been good for one year, he doesn't count as 'good'.
We also couldn't keep Stacy Searles who was the best O-line coordinator in the country, our O line has deteriorated year over year since Searles left. I'll give you Pellini because he was offered a head coaching gig, but that's it.

Ever wonder what Searles/Pelini, coaches who left on their own, think about Miles as a coach?

Pelini is a better HC than Miles. He's doing more with less at Nebraska.
