this either means he hasn't been offered yet or UF is moving in a different direction

I didn't see anything here that leads me to believe that Mullen will be staying at Ms St.

Only way he stays is if UF doesn't offer.

NOBODY....like NOT A SINGLE COACH IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD

would turn down the Florida gig to stay at Mississippi State.

Its just not going to happen.

I do too. I think Mullen is rather content right now at Mississippi State. Not all people want to walk into the pressure cookers like Florida, Bama, LSU, Auburn, Georgia or Tennessee. He's got a good thing going there and can build something there without all the pressure. Plus Mississippi is chock full of talent, similar to Florida, but without Florida, Florida State, Miami and the up and coming Central Florida and South Florida to compete with.

There is a lot of talent that comes out of Mississippi like there is that comes out of Florida. No, it doesn't have the numbers because it is a smaller state, but he has talent he can pull from in-state. Sorry if that wasn't clear enough.

To be fair that statement needs to be qualified as "Per Capita"...
