I will gladly take over 60 wins in 6 years
Mark Richt won 61 games in his first 6 years at UGA. Along the way he won 2 SEC titles and had a 1-loss season. That's including at least one 11-game regular season, so you can make that 62 wins for apples to apples comparison.
I guess they should have made him coach for life at that point.
Fulmer won 63 in his first 6 at UT including 2 SEC titles and a national championship.

THis is big. Big plus is that no big recruits will be decommitting. They all love Miles.

I don't think I've seen the coach of the current Nat'l Champions call plays on offense or defense...get Crowton out of here and let Les do his thing...he can chew as much grass as he'd like

Man you must have read my mind. I think we have everything unique to clogge football culture. With Les being a crazy arse coach it just goes right into the category of what makes LSU death valley tailgating all so unique.
To me he is a big time promotion and attitude of LSU.
Iron out some of the clock issues ( ole miss) i liked the call against Auburn) then he is one of the best 4th qtr coaches in the nation.

I am not sure what you mean by this. I am not saying make Les a lifetime coach.

Yeah and see what happened when they got rid of him?

so is 62 wins in 6 years a good thing or a bad thing?

In defense of Tennessee fans, Fulmer did go 5-6 in 2005 and started out 2008 3-6. If Miles ever did that, his seat would be pretty damn hot too.

5-1 bowl record
an SEC and BCS Championship.
5 straight stellar recruiting classes.
His most recent season was an 11 win endeavor.

Is the rest of the story written already? Or can we wait to see before some people overthrow the hat?

so you only look at one side of things when analyzing a situation?
