You think those hot seat convos throughout the season aren't factoring into his decision?
If Les leaves, he has every right to and we cannot be upset.

and everyone here knows, he WILL rebuild Michigan.

Since when is he a re builder? He took over a stocked program at LSU. I don't know much about his days at OSU but I am sure it wasn't in as bad of shape as the Michigan program is in.

Yeah, I take the word of a guy whose team in his name hired Matt Millen for 8 years.

Good Day to you SIR! Last time I checked this was SEC FOOTBALL and NOT the the little ten. All of us should know things are HOTTER in LOUISIANA - The Food is hotter, the women are Hotter, the weather is Hotter and the Football is Hotter. The UT game made Les seat a little hot no doubt. But, I won't allow myself or other Tiger Fans to take any blame for Les CHOOSING to leave.

Boo hoo, poor baby making 3.7 million a year. Life is so hard when you only stand to make 18 million with a long term contract. LSU was so unfair to him. By the way there is no gaurantee he will do anything approaching what he did at LSU.

MI will do better. However, I doubt they have undefeated seasons. Not complaining but even in our best year with Miles, we lost at least 2 games.

If Les leaves, he has every right to and we cannot be upset.

Even without the hot seat convos, Les has the right to seek employment anywhere he wants to. Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness and all that.

some of the questioning of his coaching style was deserved...he has had issues with clock management that cost LSU one game, and almost two...any fan base would be upset about that...

also last time I checked Michigan ran Loyd Carr off even though he wasn't doing awful...that michigan seat can get hot as well.

Carr intended to retire after the 06 season from all accounts. Whether that was due to health or critics who knows?

He was asked back for one more season by both Bill Martin and Mary Sue Coleman to help secure backing for the 230M renovation for the Big House.

Background info:
1. LSU Alum c/o 2009
2. Moved from Michigan in '99

and as for the hot seat issue in Michigan vs LSU:
There's a big difference when you are winning games and are 3 years removed from a NC.
Rich Rod wasn't winning. Lloyd Carr was 10 years removed from a NC when he was on the hot seat.
