Question is not if Pelini wants back in, but do we want Pelini back?

You are the person that does not know shite.

I give LSU almost 5k a year. The guys I know give them 6 figures.

Ever heard of TAF you dumb motherfricker. WHo do you think pays for all of this shite? The regular $200/seat season ticket holder?

The fans are not making the decision. The Board and the TAF money guys are making the deal (IF NEEDED), should Miles go to MI.

LSU is NOT going to hold an opening for over a week and frick around like MI. Rick Rod was gone before that bowl and MI fricked around for days to deal with the inevitable. If it was a delay to wait and "talk" to Miles, MI is looking bad right now.
No shite Mi needs to make the offer or move own. I am not a Miles fan but it is apparent MI does not know how to conduct a coaching search, period.

On a side note ALLeva needs to draw a line in the sand with Mi and Miles and say you have by this afternoon today to make an offer and accept or consider yourself fired.

Paulu: I want to keep Miles. Get 'er done.

If Miles leaves, I want a head coach that can recruit, has integrity, and loves LSU -- like Miles.

I also want the best man that can get the best assistant coaches. I favor defense more than offense. I want a smart QB.

And owe him the remaining money on his contract? Nice business move.

Paulu: Les is a gone pecan. Seriously. This shite is happening. I'm not a Pelini man. But I think he'd be a good hire. If however there is a chance (and this needs to be done QUICKLY, and off the public/media radar), that we could hire Patterson, or Mullen, or even Spurrier, I'd hire them before I'd hire Pelini. (I'm not even discussing Gruden or Saban b/c I don't think they're realistic candidates.)

I mean, there are several coaches out there who might be realistic candidates, who'd be worth looking at -- Pinkel, Sumlin, Strong -- but I have to hope Alleva has already been working the phones and we aren't starting from scratch (?) That's why the Pelini story makes sense b/c it indicates some preliminary work has already been done, and he's NOT starting from scratch.

The Michigan plane that was in Louisiana earlier in the week is scheduled to land in BR within the next 30 minutes.

Don't worry Brandon will outsmart himself again like he did with Harbaugh. You'll have Miles and we'll have Hoke.
