Currently ranked #1 nationally in passing offense and #4 in scoring offense. Still utilizes the TE/FB which would thrive under y'alls recruiting. RB ypc also improved under him

- Three of Yurcich’s four years in Stillwater have resulted in 10-win seasons for Oklahoma State.

- Three of Yurcich’s four years at Oklahoma State have produced top-10 seasons for total offense in school history.

Also...

- Yurcich helped re-write the record books at Shippensburg. His first team set school records for points, touchdowns, total plays, first downs and total offense. His second team led the NCAA (Division II) in total offense (529.2 yards per game), and was second nationally in scoring (46.9 points per game) and passing offense (387.7 yards per game) during an 11-2 season.

He also only makes $600,000 currently

Mike is about to get a pay raise

Mike wants to be a HC next year

Mike is not coming to work for a coach, who got scared after 3 games, and shut his OC down

That would destroy Mike's shot at a HC job next year (because did anyone offer Canada a HC job?)

As much as I'd love to have him, I'm starting to believe his next step will be a HC position.

Is this a legit possibility or is this just another name that TD has fallen in love with?

I don't know what he is currently paid but if we throw Canada money at him he might come.

He would be a homerun hire. I also don’t think he’s coming here.

Combination of a lot more money and making a name for himself outside of Gundy might lure him...

A lot of people think that is just Gundy's offense.

Outside of a huge raise, it doesn't make much sense for him to leave OK State if he desires to be a head coach.

As long as he's at State and in the Big 12, he's guaranteed to post big offensive numbers. Going to a tougher defensive league and under a coach he doesn't know (who also is rumored to meddle) risks putting a blemish on his star as a coveted name for a HC gig.

Why would he leave to work under O?

He runs hurry up. Would O want to slow him down or meddle?

I just don’t know. Why leave a great relationship with your current HC to come work under a guy who just ran off his 3 million dollar coordinator after just one season.

This week has proven money isn’t everything.

Really wish they would get over themselves and hire Briles. He’s young and I think would actually be around more than a year and still be successful.

Would suck to be installing a third offense in three years. Oh well.

Especially when they are hesitant to even pursue guys with any sort of question.

That would be a slam dunk hire. Just what the offense would need IMO. Not a gimmicky passing offense either, Okie State's offensive plays were basically a 50/50 split between pass and run.

I would think if we offered him 1 mil per he would accept. That would be a 40% increase versus his current annual salary. I don't know if Okie State would match that. I know they could with T. Boone, but don't know if they would
